Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Local & travel allowed. Candidates living COVID vaccination required after submission.

Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - University of Connecticut (UCONN). Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: - Must have at least 2 years of recent ED and/or ICU nursing experience.

Required Credentials: - Basic dysrhythmia interpretation/EKG competency required. Shift & Scheduling: - Rotating weekends and holidays. - Mandatory overtime: During the assignment, the clinician is considered part of the unit and will be included in the rotation pool of staff required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure unit coverage. Floating Requirements: - Floating between ICU, intermediate unit, and MS (5 to 1 ratio) as needed; patient ratios vary for the different units and can be discussed at the time of interview.
