Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Details: Full-time coverage needed with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per week At least two consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of the assignment; after three months, client may honor every other week schedule Shifts available in 8, 10, and 12-hour increments; schedule options include 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Supervised practice model within a tertiary, Level III hospital facility Care Team Model 4:1 with 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department support for room turnover and supplies Patient population ages 12 and older CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals Beeper call available on some Saturdays (12-hour, not required) and weeknights (8-hour); occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends considered but not required EMR system: Epic Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be considered Minnesota is not a compact state; MN Board of Nursing licensure required for both RN and Registered Nurse Anesthetist ACLS/BLS Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required upon hire Minimum of 1 year of experience required Skills checklist required at time of submission Facility: This facility is a large, tertiary-level hospital located in the heart of Minneapolis, offering a wide range of advanced medical and surgical services.
