Qualification: Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA). Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting. Open to candidates launching their careers or seeking a professional change. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm (additional pay for hours worked after 3 pm). 1:6 called – shared equally from home with a 30-minute call back.
9 weeks STO Post call day off Key Responsibilities: Manage general bread and butter cases and OB. No heads. No hearts Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key. Living and Working in Iron Mountain: Nestled in Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula, Iron Mountain is a hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a welcoming small-town atmosphere.
With a population of 17,500, it offers excellent schools, a strong community feel, and abundant recreational activities: Outdoor paradise – miles of top-tier hiking and biking trails, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and boating on Lake Antoine Home to the International Ski Jump Competition at Pine Mountain Ski Resort A great place to live where others vacation! Compensation and Additional Benefits: Guaranteed salary of $285k, which includes a quality bonus and call pay.
