We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide sporadic PRN coverage at Sparrow Eaton Hospital in Charlotte, Michigan. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive surgical environment with a fully staffed OR team. 📍 Location Charlotte, Michigan 🏥 Position Overview Position: CRNA Schedule: Sporadic PRN coverage (with potential for future dates) Setting: Surgery / Operating Room EMR: Epic Supervision: Anesthesiologist supervised Trauma Level: Level IV ⚕️ Facility Highlights Approximately 20 surgical cases per day including endoscopy 13,000 annual case volume 2 Operating Rooms + 1 Endoscopy Suite Fully staffed OR team Patient population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics 👨‍⚕️ Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services for surgical and endoscopy procedures Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and surgical staff Deliver safe and high-quality patient care across varied age groups Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced surgical setting 📋 Requirements Board Certified CRNA Active Michigan License Certifications required: BLS ACLS PALS Must be a local provider (drive-in) – no flights covered NPDB Self-Query required at submission COVID vaccination required 🧾 Onboarding Requirements Before start date: Epic training (waiver possible with prior experience) Orientation required (paid at half the regular hourly rate ) Within 30 days of start: Physical exam 5-panel drug screening ✨ Why Consider This Opportunity Flexible PRN schedule Supportive OR team and staff Consistent surgical volume Potential for ongoing coverage opportunities
