Responsibilities Make an impact Development and establishment of sales strategies for the respective after sales products and countries to increase the customer service share of wallet. Drive the roll out of global products in the APeC Region. Identify, develop, and train global CS sales initiatives in the countries Defend and increase market share of service portfolio Search and identify new business opportunities Creation and maintenance of sales calculation and budget tools incl.

regular business reviews with the global CS Sales teams Organize and conduct global service sales communication, CS-Sales workshops and exchange best practice examples Give inputs to future service products based on market needs and innovative ideas Application Requirements What you need to succeed Degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or related field Technical knowledge and sales experience in Robotics & Automation is an added advantage Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation techniques Customer service and satisfaction oriented
