Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a technology executive who has operated at the intersection of healthcare technology, large-scale engineering transformation, and business growth. You should be comfortable discussing architecture with engineers, product strategy with the executive team, and technology investment and risk with the board. Non-Negotiable Experience * 18+ years of progressive technology leadership.
* At least 5+ years in a CTO, VP Engineering, or comparable executive technology role. * Experience leading large, distributed product-engineering organisations. * Demonstrated ability to present technology strategy, roadmap progress, investment, and risk directly to a board or investor audience. * Significant experience working with US-based customers, teams, and business stakeholders. Experience living and working in the United States is a plus.
* Track record of leading meaningful AI adoption inside an engineering organisation, with measured outcomes beyond experimentation or pilots. * Proven KPI-led engineering leadership using DORA or an equivalent delivery measurement framework. * A strong record of partnership with product leadership and joint roadmap ownership. * Strong technical depth across modern web, cloud, data, and platform architecture, with demonstrated experience leading the modernisation of complex legacy technology environments.
* Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical positions to non-technical audiences. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master's or MBA welcome. * Based full-time in the Noida office. Strongly Preferred * Direct, hands-on experience building or running an EHR, EMR, or comparable clinical software platform. * Post-merger technology integration, including consolidation of multiple codebases or platforms.
* Experience in a regulated, compliance-heavy software environment such as healthcare or financial services. * Experience building or scaling a Global Capability Centre or comparable offshore-to-core engineering transition. * Familiarity with US healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7/FHIR, and payer/billing data structures.
