What to expect Recording and processing insurance applications for internal and external channels as well as handling and coordinating customer complaints Carrying out complex mutations, processing requests from social welfare offices and drafting standard and individual correspondence via various channels Providing telephone and written information on general insurance questions, benefit topics, products and services Supporting employees within the region in sales and support activities as well as participating in various projects What you bring Completed commercial vocational training and initial professional experience, preferably in a call centre or in the customer service of an insurance company Further training as an insurance intermediary VBV desirable or willingness to complete this Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Confident German in spoken and written form, good English or French desirable Committed, team-oriented personality with a swift working style and high performance orientation Do you have questions about the application process?
