Alongside the Senior CDM, you will be creating a partnership with our customers to deliver profitable sales and category growth across the Pet Nutrition portfolio of brands. You'll effectively manage and balancing our P&L, and seamlessly communicating to relevant stakeholders. You'll create exemplary customer plans that deliver impact and value. You'll develop strong customer relationships at Head Office level where you'll be able to influence in adoption of solutions (including sales revenue, customer profitability, category growth, category leadership and new product launches).
You'll be a trusted insights partner with the customer, providing accurate and timely forecasting and trade revenue optimisation. You'll have strong communications and interpersonal skills, being able to develop relationships with both Customers and our x-functional team. You'll be a solution focused customer partner - working directly with customers to offer advanced solutions around product, placement, promotion, and pricing.
You'll be a trusted partner to your customers providing strong category leadership, and sales expertise. You'll have some experience in management of budget as well as trade revenue optimization delivering against budget and ROI. You'll have strong financial acumen and be comfortable reviewing a P&L.
