Customer Experience ManagerBelcamp, MD | OnsiteUltimate Staffing is partnering with an established organization within the transportation and supply chain industry to identify a Customer Experience Manager.This position will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating complex domestic and international transportation activities. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer relationship skills with experience supporting logistics, supply chain, transportation, import/export, or freight operations.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and ongoing initiativesManage customer communications, shipment updates, and issue resolution activitiesCoordinate with customers, vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of customer requirementsSupport domestic and international transportation activities across multiple modesMonitor project timelines, service expectations, and customer deliverablesLead customer implementations, process improvements, and special projects that may span several weeks or monthsDevelop strong relationships while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionIdentify and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environmentQualifications5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer success, account management, import/export, or related operationsExperience supporting domestic and international transportation activitiesStrong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneouslyExperience resolving customer issues and driving initiatives through completionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with ERP, TMS, CRM, or other business systems preferredPreferred ExperienceTransportation, logistics, freight, import/export, or supply chain environmentCustomer account management or customer experience ownershipVendor, carrier, or service provider coordinationProject management, implementation, or process improvement experienceCompensation$85,000 - $100,000 annuallyAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
