Job purpose: Earn while you learn Gain an SCQF Level 6 in Parts Distribution Job based in Ayr GTG Training is recruiting an Apprentice Parts Advisor on behalf of an independent garage. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry, gain a recognised qualification, and earn a wage while you learn. What You'll Do Working within a busy parts department, you'll learn to: Receive, store and dispatch vehicle parts Source parts for customers and technicians Handle customer enquiries and provide advice Process orders and update computer systems Develop sales, communication and customer service skills What will I learn?
You'll work towards an SCQF Level 6 in Parts Distribution, combining hands-on workplace experience with training and support from GTG. You'll also gain knowledge of basic vehicle technology, sales techniques and parts identification. What qualifications or qualities are required?
