WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Representative, you'll: Provide inbound customer support.
Help customers resolve technical issues. Assist in correcting billing concerns. Ensure the appropriateness of social media content. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred. This position supports work performed under a U.S. government contract that requires employees in this role be U.S. citizens or U.S. lawful permanent residents. In this role, you'll also be provided with: The base salary for this position is $18.50/hr., plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
