You'll be the first voice our customers hear and the first smile they see when they walk through the door. Key Responsibilities: * Answer multi-line phones and route calls efficiently. * Check in customers and ensure all initial paperwork is complete and correct * Assist with delivery of vehicle and all proper closing paperwork Qualifications: * 1+ years of customer service experience preferable in the automotive field but no a must.
