Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Customer Service & Sales Representative located in Ahmedabad(USA & UK Voice Process). The International Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in global markets, managing customer relationships, converting a targeted percentage of inbound customer inquiries into sales and executing sales strategies.
Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospects, presenting products and services, negotiating deals, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a positive relations with customers and repeat business. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills Experience in international markets and customer relationship management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills in enhancing Customer Experience Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
