Customer Support Administrator, What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping coordinate vehicle demonstrations and events for some of the UK's leading automotive brands. Your day may include: Supporting customers through phone and email communications Managing vehicle and event booking requests Coordinating demo fleet activities and administration Liaising with logistics partners to ensure vehicles are available when needed Processing and managing vehicle keys and associated systems Maintaining accurate records and customer data Working closely with internal teams to ensure service levels are achieved Supporting both office-based and operational activities across the site What Makes This Role Different?
This isn't your typical desk-based admin position. Our team combines customer service, administration, and hands-on operational support. One moment you'll be helping a customer solve a query, the next you'll be supporting vehicle movements, preparing vehicles for events, or retrieving keys ready for bookings.
