Customer Team Member

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening 6am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery Full, paid training provided Apply easily from your mobile device by completing our assessments (no CV needed!) We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, join us and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store. As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day. Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery.

Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers. You'll assist the Store Manager and make sure your store is always safe. You'll also take pride in keeping the store well-stocked and looking great, leading by example and doing the right thing.
