POSITION 1: DATA ENTRY & WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to handle data entry tasks and supervise warehouse operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accurate data entry and record keeping. Oversee warehouse daily operations. Ensure proper stock handling and storage. Coordinate with the team for smooth workflow. Maintain inventory accuracy and reports.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS G.C.E. A/L completed (or equivalent). Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Basic computer knowledge. Good typing skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills. Ability to work as a team. Willingness to learn. Previous data entry experience will be an added advantage (Not mandatory). Locations: Bambalapitiya, Borella, Koswatta, Nugegoda, Kandy, Wattala Working Hours: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM BENEFITS Salary: LKR 70,000+ 4 Days Off per Month (On Sundays) Annual Bonus Entitlement on completion of 6 months Training & Development Programs Performance Based annual increments POSITION 2: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse dispatches, deliveries and transport coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise daily dispatch and delivery operations. Plan and coordinate vehicle movements and delivery schedules. Coordinate with drivers, outlets, suppliers and internal teams. Ensure all dispatches are completed with proper documentation. Monitor loading, unloading and delivery timelines. Track vehicles and follow up on delivery status. Manage warehouse staff and allocate manpower according to daily requirements.

Ensure proper handling of goods and maintain warehouse standards. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS G.C.E. O/L qualification; A/L or relevant qualification is an added advantage. 2-3 years' experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics or transport operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Good knowledge of delivery and transport coordination. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Good computer literacy and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery schedules. Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
