About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven Dealer to join our Trading Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring trading activity, client flow and market exposure while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our trading environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor client trading flow, positions and exposure in real time Monitor market conditions and identify unusual or potentially high-risk trading activity Monitor trading flow by IB and support the Operations team with the setup and configuration of IB deals and related arrangements within MT5.
Oversee trading activity through the MT5 platform Monitor spreads, execution, pricing and overall trading conditions Assist with trade investigations and execution-related queries Identify potentially abusive or irregular trading patterns Support daily dealing and risk-management operations Work closely with Operations, Risk and other internal teams Escalate material trading or market events when required Maintain accurate records and internal reporting Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience within the Forex / CFD industry Good understanding of the Forex and CFD markets Good working knowledge of MetaTrader 5 Understanding of trading, order execution and basic risk-management concepts Ability to monitor and analyse client trading behaviour Strong numerical and analytical skills High attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment Good command of English Nice to have: Experience with any of the following will be considered an advantage: Brokerage dealing or risk-management environments Prop Trading Liquidity Providers and trading bridges Copy / Social trading A-Book / B-Book exposure management Trading abuse and arbitrage monitoring Execution and pricing analysis MT5 Administrator / Manager applications Excel, reporting or data-analysis tools Working Arrangement Fully remote position Working hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Cyprus time, with flexibility to work earlier hours when required.
