See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: As part of the talented Supply Chain team, you will govern and set the Demand Plan for a subset of the Navico Group portfolio. You will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Planning, using multiple sources of guidance to build forecasts that operationally support the EMEA organization, helping ensure the right products are available at the right time across our brands.

Essential Functions: · Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple levels and time horizons using o9 Solutions. · Analyze forecast accuracy by comparing actual demand versus forecast and provide actionable insights. · Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management, and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence and incorporate it into the forecast.
· Identify demand trends, seasonality, and other influencing factors through data analysis. · Integrate new product introductions (NPIs), product discontinuations, and promotional activities into the forecast. · Prepare and present demand insights during Demand Reviews, supporting cross-functional alignment. · Evaluate the feasibility of promotional and commercial plans in coordination with Supply Planning and Production.
· Communicate forecast changes and demand signals to Supply Planning to enable timely responses. · Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SIOP process. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way. Required Qualifications: · BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Supply Chain.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or a comparable analytical supply chain role in a fast-paced environment. · Fluent English; an additional European language is an advantage. · Strong knowledge of SIOP and the components of a SIOP process. · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Power Point and Excel). · Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications: · Progressive forecasting software experience (ideally o9) and Power BI. · APICS certification or training. · Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication. · Independent decisiveness with the ability to collaborate across departments to build consensus. Working Conditions: · Primarily office- and computer-based role involving sustained use of planning systems, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration tools.

The hiring range for this position is €62.500 - €85.750 annually (payable in 12.96 instalments, in line with Dutch market practice).
