Would you like to lead a commercial department where professional development, pedagogical support, and economic thinking come together? The dreischiibe Foundation is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial centre in Herisau, St. Gallen, and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental impairments at 220 work, training, and integration places.

In the day centre and the meeting centre in St. Gallen, we promote social integration with 63 visitor places. At the Office Point of dreischiibe, people with mental impairments learn and deepen their professional knowledge in the commercial sector. In a multi-stage process, we accompany and support individuals in professional integration measures of the IV as well as at supported workplaces with the aim of sustainable professional integration.

From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a networked-thinking, entrepreneurial, and development-oriented personality as As department head, you recognise development potentials, think economically, and further develop the Office Point's offerings in a needs-oriented, sustainable, and future-oriented manner. In addition, you are responsible for professional pedagogical support as well as high-quality service delivery.
