The Mission Operations team manages the execution, growth and success of customer accounts, working across product, engineering, sales and logistics. As a Deployment Engineer, the role owns customer relationships and deploys radar and integrated sensor capabilities for U.S. military, DHS and allied customers across multiple locations. The position splits into two focus areas: a Software & Analysis track building monitoring tooling, integrations and diagnostics for distributed radar systems, and an Integration & Field track leading site standups, hardware installation and operator training.

The role monitors system performance, gathers and triages user feedback, and shapes product features with engineering teams to ensure mission success. Responsibilities Serve as "project manager" / "on-site lead" or remote systems owner — depending on focus area — working directly with U.S. military, DHS, and allied customers to deliver Anduril's radar and integrated sensor capabilities across multiple locations Monitor radar system performance, connectivity, integration with mesh networks, and fusion with other sensors (EO/IR, RF) and C2 systems at distributed sites, either on-site or remotely Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback on radar detection performance, tracking accuracy, classification capabilities, issues, and errors found during fielding, testing, exercises, and normal use Provide input to account and engineering teams on radar features, detection algorithms, and UI/UX improvements that enhance operator workflows Support engagement with other units, commands, and organizations for increased deployment and installation of our radar systems across military installations, critical infrastructure sites, and forward operating locations Contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system for radar operations — issue tracking, operator training sessions, refreshers, and focused preparation for exercises and events Build and maintain tooling for remote radar system monitoring, connectivity checks, and health/performance dashboards across distributed sites Develop software integrations between radar systems, mesh networks, and C2/fusion platforms to reduce manual troubleshooting Analyze detection performance and tracking data from fielding, testing, and exercises to identify trends and root causes Build self-service diagnostics and automation that make remote troubleshooting faster and less dependent on being on-site Lead site standups from initial radar integration through operational acceptance, physically installing and configuring hardware Troubleshoot and test hardware in the field, working directly with strategic end-users to resolve issues in real time Organize and execute site logistics: travel planning, test event layout, equipment staging, and coordination with partner organizations Deliver operator training sessions, refreshers, and pre-exercise preparation on-site Requirements 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S.

Secret security clearance For the Software & Analysis focus: demonstrated software engineering experience (scripting/automation, data pipelines, or systems integration) and comfort with statistical analysis of sensor performance data; willingness to travel occasionally (not a primary function of this focus) For the Integration & Field focus: basic CLI familiarity (comfortable running commands and following technical procedures; not expected to write or integrate software) Willingness to travel 50-75% Nice to have Familiarity and experience working with materiel leadership or mission partners within Army Air & Missile Defense, USMC Ground Based Air Defense, SOCOM, DHS CBP, or allied defense organizations and working knowledge of the counter-UAS and air surveillance competitive landscape Basic understanding of radar fundamentals, sensor fusion concepts, o
