What is my role? Professional provision of meat cuts according to the orders of our butchery and catering customers Ensuring qualitative, quantitative and timely order processing Coordination and optimisation of workflows within the butchery Compliance with all quality, process and hygiene requirements Management of internal order forms as well as triggering poultry orders Participation in projects and support in optimisation measures Deputising for the group leader of the butchery Adherence to target specifications and taking on further tasks as instructed by the supervisor What do I need to be successful?

Completed training as a meat specialist or butcher Good expertise in meat processing Good physical condition and resilience Experience with PS and SAP is an advantage Independent, reliable and careful working style High quality and hygiene awareness Good German skills, spoken and written Flexible willingness to work regarding working hours as well as willingness for weekend and public holiday shifts Friendly, team-oriented and resilient personality What are my benefits?
