What the daily professional routine looks like Supporting the ward management with planning, organisational and leadership tasks on the ward Ensuring professional, patient-centred and high-quality care on the ward with a capacity of 24 beds Empathetic and needs-oriented support of patients and their relatives within the framework of the zone and tandem model Co-responsibility in the ward’s leadership team in the sense of Shared Governance Active participation in the strategic and operational management of the ward Involvement in area-related projects and shaping team development processes Work on an interdisciplinary ward for women and men applying the principles of Lean Hospital Optimisation of processes, quality and patient orientation Skills and potential Diploma as a nurse or midwife (HF, FH or equivalent) Experience in an acute care setting, ideally at least 2 years in the postnatal care department Professional experience in a leadership position or willingness to undertake leadership training Desire to take on leadership tasks and to progress with a positive attitude Strong social skills, self-reflection, high motivation, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience Warm and patient-oriented manner Empathy and understanding of people as well as enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine Hands-on - skilled - warm - reliable?
