Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration; Practice Assessor Minimum of 2 years relevant post basic clinical experience. Evidence of relevant post basic study Physical Skills Essential criteria Physically capable of performing the role and responsibilities expected of the post holder e.g. manual handling of patients Aptitudes Essential criteria Professional/role model. Flexible. Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate others and maintain own motivation.
