DERMATOLOGIST | $540,000–$700,000 EARNING POTENTIAL | NORTHWESTERN ILLINOIS Outstanding employed Dermatology opportunity offering annual compensation potential of $540,000–$700,000, an established patient base, experienced APP support, and an excellent work-life balance. An independent community health system in northwestern Illinois is seeking a BC/BE Dermatologist to join its busy, established practice.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $540,000–$700,000 annual earning potential Employed position with strong financial upside Medical and dental coverage effective on the date of hire for eligible employees Retirement options with employer contributions Employer-paid basic life and long-term disability insurance PTO beginning at 21 days Flexible spending accounts, EAP, and optional supplemental coverage PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS Primarily outpatient, clinic-based practice Strong emphasis on medical dermatology Established patient demand and regional referral base Support from two Physician Assistants and one part-time Dermatologist Opportunity to perform non-Mohs surgical procedures Mohs may be incorporated based on training and interest Collaborative, physician-friendly environment Comfortable work-life balance Multispecialty network with approximately 77 physicians and 75 APPs QUALIFICATIONS MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology Eligible for Illinois medical licensure Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Mohs training is welcomed but not required THE COMMUNITY The practice is located in a welcoming northwestern Illinois community approximately two hours west of Chicago.
