It’s a hands-on building/estate management position where you’ll lead a small on-site team, take ownership of the development and get stuck into the issues that need solving. THE ROLE Full responsibility for a residential development Lead a small on-site maintenance & concierge team Oversee compliance, PPM, risk & contractor management Support budgets, service charges & financial reporting Manage RMC relationships and key stakeholders Take ownership of ongoing building issues & legacy projects Drive improvements and get things moving WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR Residential/block/building management experience RMC experience Team management experience Strong contractor & supplier management Understanding of compliance, PPM & risk Confident managing complex building issues You don't need to be a finance/service charge expert as the PM will take ownership of this and offer training/support.
More importantly, they want someone who is: Proactive. Practical. Accountable. Someone with good common sense who doesn't sit on problems, can get the right people around the table and has the confidence to actually get things done. There are some longstanding issues on the development, so this is a great opportunity for someone who likes solving problems rather than simply managing them.
