Role summary: The (USA) Developmental Technician, Facility Services HVAC/R, supports facility operations by performing HVAC/R maintenance, repairs, and inspections under supervision. This role involves developing scopes of work, completing required documentation, and collaborating with management and business partners to address service priorities.

The technician ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations while contributing to cost control through parts and service evaluations. Adaptability, effective communication, and continuous learning are essential to successfully support facility systems and contribute to operational excellence within Walmart's facility services. Members apply skills in preventive maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVACR to manage routine and complex tasks, maintaining optimal performance. What you'll do: Complete and submit required documentation such as expense vouchers, refrigerant logs, and work orders to senior leadership.Assist in gathering capital expenditure lists and develop scopes of work for HVAC/R and energy management system updates.Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting on HVAC/R equipment under supervision.Collaborate with management, coworkers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and improvement opportunities.Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following safety policies and procedures.Manage company vehicles by coordinating maintenance, inspections, and documentation.Communicate progress and adapt to feedback while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring: Experience performing HVAC/R maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in compliance with safety regulations.Ability to complete and submit required documentation accurately, including work orders and refrigerant logs.Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, energy management, and preventive maintenance procedures.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with management, coworkers, and business partners.Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly.Commitment to following company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.Adaptability to learn from feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
