This role is an integral part of our digital team and provides administrative support to the account executives & management team. The Digital Assistant will implement effective digital advertising strategies for our clients and have the opportunity to use their passion for digital and audio marketing to develop personalized, innovative, full-scope advertising solutions to meet the marketing needs of new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities & QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Primary role is acting as a liaison between our sales team, our clients, other inter-company departments and our digital vendorsOrganize and input both new and revised orders; assist in creating sales proposals, digital campaigns; and provide customer care to help overcome challenges and grow our businessPrepares and assembles digital reports, recaps, and presentationsTrack pacing and performance of all digital campaigns to ensure accurate delivery and campaigns are launched on timeWork closely with our local media team to assist with creative, content creation, campaign fulfillment, delivery and recapsWork with the Digital Manager to complete weekly/monthly digital reportsWork on highly time sensitive projects, adhering to deadlinesManaging multiple project requests simultaneously with quick turnaround timeAdditional duties as designated by the Digital Manager Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in the digital space and/or working in digital marketing requiredAn understanding of Wide Orbit, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics & Campaign Dashboards is a plusExtensive computer skills including but not limited to extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, image manipulation, social media along with the understanding of digital advertising and assets involvedSelf-starter that is detail oriented, organized, and must be excellent at written and oral communication and possess strong multitasking skillsDependable with a strong work ethic and possess a team player attitudeAble to identify client business needs by gaining a deep understanding of their goals, objectives, and processes as well as their external environment including key market and consumer trends to proactively develop customized digital advertising solutions to meet client objectivesHighly organized and ability to prioritize and complete all tasks/projects on timeHigh level of competency using internal and external resources/tools to create and input digital sales orders,
