Digital Systems Trainer & Change Coordinator

We are looking for a Digital Systems Trainer & Change Coordinator to join our Digital Transformation Team and support the successful adoption of modern digital tools, new systems, and improved ways of working across the organisation. The role will design, deliver, and continuously improve accessible training and change support for staff and our democratic body helping users build confidence and embed effective digital working practices.

Experience supporting the adoption of Microsoft 365 applications and helping users transition from legacy Office applications to cloud-based ways of working is essential.
