This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Innovation & Transformation Team as a Digital Team Assistant, providing essential administrative, coordination and operational support to programmes that are transforming health and care services for over one million people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Working at the heart of a dynamic and innovative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of a wide range of digital transformation initiatives that improve services for patients, clinicians and partner organisations.

This varied and fast-paced role offers the chance to work with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple health and care organisations, supporting effective communication, collaboration and programme delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with colleagues from a wide range of organisations across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, building strong professional relationships and gaining exposure to different areas of health and social care.

You'll develop a broad understanding of digital health and social care, supporting initiatives that improve outcomes for patients, service users and staff across the local system. Please note that this role will involve some hybrid work - spending some time at our headquarters at County Hall, Glenfield as well as working from home. Main duties of the job The role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and administrative skills.You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, handling confidential information with discretion, and using your initiative to support the continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working.

What you'll be doing: Coordinating meetings, workshops and events, including diary management and travel arrangements. Preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions to support programme delivery. Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and records, and supporting reporting activities. Acting as a key point of contact for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Supporting effective communication and information sharing across the Digital Innovation & Transformation Team.
