We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dining Account Manager to lead and support multiple dining operations across a portfolio of sites in the UK. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional food services, maintaining strong client relationships, driving financial performance, and leading high-performing teams. As the primary Sodexo representative within your operating area, you will ensure the highest standards of food quality, customer service, operational excellence, and compliance while identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

This is a multi-site role requiring regular travel to ensure a strong on-site presence, support operational delivery, and build effective relationships with clients and teams. While the role is primarily site-focused, there will also be opportunities to work from home when business needs allow, providing a flexible and balanced approach to working. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support dining management teams across multiple sites, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, service, and customer experience.

Develop and implement operational plans that deliver business objectives, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Manage budgets, labour, costs, and profitability across the portfolio, ensuring financial targets and KPIs are achieved. Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins, and support business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site teams, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Respond proactively to customer feedback, implementing improvements that enhance satisfaction and service delivery. Represent the business at client meetings, reviews, and operational discussions. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. Foster a positive, collaborative culture that promotes employee engagement, development, and service excellence.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and contractual requirements. Support sustainability and waste reduction initiatives, including Zero Waste programmes. Maintain accurate operational, financial, and compliance records, ensuring audit readiness at all times. What we're looking for: Proven experience in a similar multi-site catering, dining, or hospitality management role.

Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management experience. Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A passion for delivering high-quality food and service experiences. Experience working within compliance-driven environments. The ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
