About the role The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Assisting the individual with accessing activities and spending time out in the community.
Attending/transporting the individual to social activities and appointments. Encouraging social interaction and inclusion and providing emotional support. Light domestic support. Hours 10 hours per week. Days and times are to be confirmed, some weekend and some weekdays will be required. Flexibility is required., A car driver would be preferred. Business insurance is required & mileage is to be paid separately.
