Director of Operations (Faculty Engagement and Enablement)

This is an internal secondment role, available to current UCL staff only. This is an exciting opportunity to lead UCL's newly established Faculty Operations Enablement Hub, a key function designed to strengthen operational leadership, collaboration and delivery across UCL's eleven faculties. INTERNAL UCL APPLICATIONS ONLY About the role Reporting to the Executive Director of Faculty Operations, you will lead a team responsible for operational intelligence, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, programme coordination and delivery assurance.

Working closely with senior leaders across faculties and professional services, you will help ensure institutional priorities and transformation programmes are effectively implemented across a complex and diverse environment The role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new enablement function that supports cross-faculty collaboration, organisational learning, operational improvement and successful change delivery.

You will be an experienced senior leader with a track record of operating successfully within a large and complex organisation. You will bring substantial experience of faculty operations, professional services leadership or organisational management, together with expertise in programme delivery, organisational change and stakeholder engagement. You will be a collaborative and credible leader, with excellent communication, influencing and relationship-management skills, and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions and successful outcomes.
