You will lead a team of procurement and accounts payable professionals, partner closely with leaders across the business, and drive transformation and efficiency throughout the procurement lifecycle. This role is critical to delivering cost savings, optimizing processes, and mitigating supplier risk as we continue to scale and innovate.What You'll BringDirector• 12-15 years of experience in procurement or related field.• 6-8 years of experience in a senior leadership role.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) preferred.• In-depth knowledge of procurement and payables processes, contract management, compliance, and supplier relationship management.• Demonstrated experience driving process improvements, cost-savings, and technology adoption in procurement.• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire cross-functional teams.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.• Proficiency in procurement and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa).• Experience overseeing P2P transformation in a global company.Senior Director 15+ years of experience in procurement, procure-to-pay, strategic sourcing, or a related field, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and scope.8-10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, including leadership of complex, global procurement or P2P organizations.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) preferred.Deep expertise across the end-to-end procurement and P2P lifecycle, including contract management, compliance, supplier relationship management, financial operations, governance, and risk management.Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide procurement transformation, including the development and execution of strategies that deliver significant cost savings, operational efficiencies, process improvements, and technology-enabled change.Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing, geographically dispersed teams, including organizational design, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development.Exceptional executive presence and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to advise and influence C-suite and executive stakeholders and align procurement strategy with broader business objectives.Advanced experience leveraging procurement and financial technology platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa) to enable transformation, improve visibility, and drive business performance.Extensive experience owning global P2P transformation and operating model evolution within a complex, matrixed organization, including strategy, governance, change management, and measurable business outcomes.Demonstrated ability to establish enterprise-wide procurement strategy, vision, and governance, while influencing stakeholders across functions, geographies, and business units.Experience operating at an enterprise leadership level, with responsibility for significant organizational scope, business impact, and executive-level decision-making.Key Responsibilities: • Evolve and execute the P2P
