Ihre Aufgaben Define early disclosure strategies at study concept and protocol stages as well as during amendment stages Prepare, review, and submit clinical trial registrations across global registries such as CTIS and ClinicalTrials.gov Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant registry records throughout the entire study lifecycle Coordinate the creation and submission of clinical trial results disclosures Ensure full inspection readiness through precise documentation and auditable evidence Support data quality, system maintenance, and vendor oversight activities Erfahrungen High attention to detail and an open, collaborative mindset Working time model: 37,5 h/week Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline Background in clinical research, trial management, Regulatory Affairs, or project management Knowledge of clinical trial transparency and disclosure requirements Familiarity with registries such as CTIS or ClinicalTrials.gov, and strong affinity for IT systems Experience at a CRO or sponsor is a plus Proficieny in spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus Strong organizational skills and proactive communication style Das bieten wir Ihnen Performance-based salary package depending on qualifications and professional experience Up to 30 days vacation per year Company pension scheme contribution after the end of the probationary period Option of permanent employment with our business partner A wide range of employee benefits/perks Definition of career goals Option for partial or full remote work
