Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Hertford Have you recently qualified as a Solicitor and looking to start your Dispute Resolution Career? This Legal 500 firm in the heart of Hertfordshire is expanding its Dispute Resolution team due to its continued success. You will gain great exposure across Commercial Litigation, insolvency, Contractual; and property disputes. About the Role Supporting on a varied caseload of contentious matters Assisting with case preparation, drafting and court documentation Liaising directly with clients and assisting with their matters Working closely with senior members of the team while taking ownership of your own work Opportunity to develop your client-facing and business development skills About you We’re looking for someone with some practical experience in civil or commercial dispute resolution who is keen to build a career in contentious work.
You’ll be commercially aware, well organised and confident communicating with clients, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload.
