Divisional Head, Retail Banking Job Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Direction Formulate and review strategies for Retail Banking Business for the short, medium and long term in line with the Bank's group plan.

Determine, establish and agree the targets for Retail Banking bank-wide by products, regions and branches. Formulation and implementation of Retail Banking division's strategy. Marketing, Sales and Product Development Definition of marketing and sales strategies of Retail Banking. Development of Retail Banking Products and Services. Customer Relationship Management Management and maintenance of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationships in conjunction with Commercial Banking and Institutional Banking Division.

Develop a customer management framework including customer insight-driven marketing. Business Planning and Team Oversight Determine, establish, approve and supervise the business plans, scope and activity size (including locations) of Product Heads and their teams to ensure that appropriate strategies are undertaken to achieve targets set for the Division. Cross-Divisional Coordination Coordinate the group's activities for efficient and effective collaboration and smooth workflow with other Divisions, Commercial Banking and Institutional Banking.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting Monitor and report on bank-wide performance of all Retail product offerings. Other Duties Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director Other Requirements Academic Qualifications and Certifications A good first degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. A relevant Master's degree is an advantage. A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements Minimum of 14 years' experience in a bank. At least 3 years in a management role in Retail Banking.
