Divisional PA - Unplanned Care

To provide efficient Personal Assistant and Administrative secretarial support service to members of the Division of Unplanned Care. They will have responsibility for ensuring that all administrative processes are efficient and effective and enable the team and the Trust to meet high standards of performance. Proficient in diary management, minute taking and highly organised, the post holder will handle highly confidential and sometimes very contentious and sensitive information of a personal and financial nature and will therefore be relied upon to observe and comply with specific and implied confidentiality rules and policies when dealing with this data.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
