Oversee the intake, logging, distribution, and closeout of submittals, RFIs, correspondence, and design deliverables in the system of record.

Train program personnel and onboard incoming contractor and consultant staff on the programs document control procedures and system use. Coordinate with project management, design, construction, contracts, legal, and quality teams so document workflows support contract administration, entitlement, and public records obligations.

Attributes Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. Collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork, trust, and positive relationships. Natural curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
