Duty Manager – Fine Dining Operations & Team Lead

You will support the Restaurant Manager, lead a diverse team on shift, drive service excellence and model great standards with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will manage all front-of-house aspects, understand stock controls, rota management, health & safety, training and coaching, and communicate at a high level.
