About the Role As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to: Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons. Create a positive and supportive classroom environment. Support pupils with different learning needs. Assess and monitor pupil progress. Develop effective behaviour management strategies.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs. Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and school staff. Promote high expectations and positive learning outcomes. ‍ Who We're Looking For We're keen to hear from ECTs who: Hold UK QTS or are completing the process of obtaining QTS. Have completed their PGCE or recognised teacher training programme .
Have successfully completed their teaching placements. Are passionate about teaching and supporting pupil development. Have a positive, reflective and adaptable approach. Are keen to develop their classroom practice. Can teach either Primary or Secondary . Are interested in mainstream or SEND education . Why Work with Protocol Education?
