We're seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Physicians who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of geriatric patients in a collaborative care environment. 💰 Compensation Salary: $200,000–$240,000 📍 Location New York 🩺 Position Highlights Provide primary care services for nursing home patients Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Counsel patients on preventive care, lifestyle, and dietary modifications Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations ✅ Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited U.S.

medical school BC/BE in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Palliative Care/Hospice Completion of an accredited U.S. residency (or 5-year pathway) Active New York Medical License DEA (or eligible to obtain during credentialing) Experience in primary care or clinical practice preferred Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply 📩 Interested?
