The company offers highly precise, productive, and reliable solutions at low operating costs and develops advanced assembly processes and devices for various applications, including leadframe, substrate, and wafer-level packaging. Customers mainly include leading semiconductor manufacturers and electronics companies. Role: You develop modern, forward-looking electronic solutions for machines, plants, and systems.

In interdisciplinary teams, you actively shape the technical implementation – from circuit development to industrialisation. You apply your expertise purposefully, take responsibility during the project, and coordinate interfaces with suppliers, partners, and internal departments.
