The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation works across our care home developments, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, in accordance with relevant regulations, drawings and project requirements. You will work as part of our site teams, with the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to the wider construction team.

The role may involve working away from home, with accommodation and subsistence provided in line with company policy. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced Electricians, Approved Electricians, Improvers and Electrician's Mates to join our site teams across the UK., The ideal candidate will have: Good communication and organisational skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A flexible approach and willingness to work away from home when required. Own reliable transportation to and from site. Own hand tools. Experience working with power and lighting installations. Experience with data, door entry and fire alarm systems. Experience installing and working with electrical containment, including basket, trunking and tray. A strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.

The ability to read and work from electrical drawings and specifications. Experience & Qualifications: Depending on the level of role, candidates should ideally hold: 18th Edition BS7671 Up-to-date ECS Card / Gold Card NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification Testing & Inspection qualification - depending on role Relevant experience in commercial or construction-based electrical installations LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments, is the UK's leading purpose-built residential care home developer and constructor.
