The successful candidate will build high value, low volume rugged devices, soldering PCB components and micro-components, plus crimping and general wiring. Working to schematics and following routings, the technician tests assemblies and records performance measurements using a PC based system.

IPC certification (IPC 620 or J-Std) is ideal. Applicants should demonstrate competence in soldering, crimping, wiring and electronics equipment, alongside test and build equipment and safety equipment knowledge. These complex drilling tools must perform within tight tolerances, so precision matters throughout every stage. Electrical Assembly Technician required ideally with IPC certification (IPC 620 or J-Std ideal) to work on PCB component soldering, micro-soldering, crimping and general wiring on the assembly of high value, low volume rugged devices.

You will work to schematics, following routings, testing and taking performance measurements with a PC based system.
