The post holder will be one of the first interactions the patient has when entering ED, you will be responsible for booking patients into the department via our IT systems, with accuracy and efficiency, liaising effectively with clinical staff, and undertake other administrative duties to support the vital functions of the ED service. A key part of the role involves precise data entry in our appointment-based systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

A detail-oriented individual with strong data entry skills. A logical thinker who can use their initiative to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy and proficiency in navigating systems and software. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. This vacancy is available for full and part-time hours, shift patterns would vary but would predominantly include the following work patterns, Working Hours: This role involves working shifts, including days and nights, which can range from 6 to 12 hours per block.
