Emergency Medicine Physician - Medical Director

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Medical Director of Emergency Medicine at CHI St. Vincent, you will be joining a thriving, well-established group with over four decades of unparalleled longevity in Hot Springs, Arkansas. In this hybrid 70/30 clinical and administrative role, dedicating 70% of your time to high-acuity direct patient care and 30% to administrative oversight. You will ensure consistent performance in patient care and effective use of resources across the department.

You will champion quality improvement initiatives, enforce safety protocols, and drive strategic departmental growth, all while serving as a collaborative liaison between the emergency medicine team and hospital administration. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Eligible or Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician with a proven track record of clinical expertise and effective leadership.
