of Beds in Department: 8 ED Beds Trauma Level: N/A (critical access facility) EMR System: Allscripts Paragon JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM) via ABMS or AOA Licenses: Active Washington medical license, DEA with Washington address (schedules II-V) DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required (schedules 2-5) Certifications: ATLS, BLS, PALS required; ACLS additionally required for IM/FM providers Experience: Prior Emergency Medicine experience required; active ED practice within past 12 months Other Qualifications: Completion of ACGME or AOA residency; case logs for past 24 months; immunizations (Tdap, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, influenza, COVID); leadership experience preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditions in a critical access facility.

Independently manage and stabilize emergency cases, including performing procedures as defined by the Departmental Operating Policy (DOP). Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Allscripts Paragon EMR. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and credentialing requirements.
