Responsibilities: You ensure the ongoing accounts payable accounting and reliably process the arising business transactions.
You take independent responsibility for the accounting of an affiliated foundation. You actively participate in financial closings and support the preparation of relevant financial data. You handle payment transactions and assist with heating and ancillary cost billing. Additionally, you take on diverse accounting and administrative tasks related to rental properties. Qualifications: You have practical experience in accounting.
You bring good knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as an understanding of accounting closing tasks. You work confidently with MS Office and have a structured, careful, and independent working style. As a reliable and responsible person, you value teamwork and communication with various contacts. You have fluent German language skills.
