You’ll also oversee developers’ Section 106 commitments to ensure local residents gain access to training, apprenticeships, and quality job opportunities generated by local developments. Alongside managing ongoing welfare reform initiatives, you’ll drive resident engagement through projects such as the Career Zone Portal and community outreach.
