We are now looking for someone who shares that commitment to join us in the role of Employment Engagement Advisor. About the role Are you passionate about helping people change their lives through learning and employment? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Employment Advisor to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you'll inspire and support learners from their first enquiry through to employment, delivering engaging employability programmes, providing one-to-one coaching, and building strong relationships with employers and partner organisations.

Every day is different - from facilitating workshops and careers advice to helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
